Inside the Gran Salumeira “a gourmet emporium to lose your mind, given the widespread quality that is felt in every product on display” as it has been called by the prestigious magazine Food & Beverage, in an environment that expresses love for the product and quality research, you can taste and buy specialties of our region: from Culatello of Zibello DOP aged 2 years to Sant’Ilario’s Parma ham aged 36 months, from Stroglino of Culatello to San Secondo’s cooked shoulder, Felino salami, mountain parmesan and parmesan of red cows.

To enjoy ancient foods, our cold cuts, hams and salami are always accompanied by the warm focaccia, the homemade parmesan cream, our sauces and the exquisite chef’s mixed pickled vegetables.
